The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts joins the entire arts community in mourning the passing of Bobby Whitlock (March 18, 1948 – August 10, 2025), acclaimed musician and—most recently—painter. We are honored to have had the opportunity to know and work with Bobby, and to watch his journey as a painter continually progress into new expanses of expression and beauty. Bobby, you have been a blessing to this world and you will be missed!
