South Oakes Street venues are the entrance to the San Angelo Cultural District. Developed in the renovated historic buildings with support from the Texas Commission on the Arts, the South Oakes Venues preserve the character of the city and its history. These satellite sites are ideal for meetings, lectures, book signings, exhibits, small concerts and receptions, and more. There is on-street parking along both sides of Oakes Street and in the Museum’s parking lot.
By renting the Museum’s South Oakes Venues you are contributing to SAMFA’s exhibition and educational and cultural preservation programs.
