The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts invites families to attend Family Day on Saturday, June 19, 2026, from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Education Studio, located in the breezeway at 1 Love Street in downtown San Angelo.

This month's Family Day theme is Reflections on the Water! Families will explore impressionism and appreciate floral beauty. Activities include watercolor resist lily paintings, building a mini pond ecosystem, floating flowers collaborative installation, and reflection self portraits. Visitors are encouraged to stop by the Concho Clay Studio throughout the event for free drop-in clay activities. No registration is required.

In addition to art activities, guests can browse a free children's book giveaway in SAMFA's Grand Hall. The books are generously provided by the San Angelo Adult Literacy Council and anonymous donors.

Family Day is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be available while supplies last. Activities are subject to change, and additional surprise activities may be offered throughout the day.
