ASU Art Faculty Biennial Exhibition Reception

  • San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts 1 Love Street San Angelo, TX, 76903 United States (map)

The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts is pleased to present the Angelo State University Art Faculty Biennial Exhibition, on view July 30 through October 4, 2026.

The Angelo State University Art Faculty Biennial Exhibition features the work of the talented faculty members of Angelo State University’s Art Department. Each one of these dedicated instructors is an active and accomplished artist.

This dynamic and varied exhibit features new works by Katherine Bunker (Kat Truth), Edwin Cuenco, Randy Hall, Susanna Klooster, Jacqueline Negreros, Ben Sum, Hayun Surl, and John Vinklarek, in a range of media including painting, drawing, ceramics, printmaking, sculpture, graphic design, video, and installation.

An opening reception will be held Thursday, September 3, from 5:30 to 8 PM. The reception will coincide with Sips with Seth, during which SAMFA Executive Director Seth Hopkins will speak with participating ASU faculty artists about their work, artistic practices, and experiences as both educators and working artists. Because this opening coincides with Sips with Seth, the opening reception will be free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.

The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums. The museum is supported by generous contributions from both individuals and businesses.
