Mark and Kara Covey join forces for an unforgettable evening celebrating the expressive power of the human voice. A two-time winner of the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition District Auditions, she has performed leading roles in works by Puccini, Mozart, Verdi, Bizet, and Floyd, among others. Following the completion of her Doctor of Musical Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin, she joined the faculty of Abilene Christian University.
