Becky: “I am an observer of life and the inherent artful nature of things. I grew up with a painter mother who was in her studio daily
and valued my eye and critique of her work since I was a young child. As an adult,
I have enjoyed painting, graphic arts, interior design, photography, and sculpture.”

About the Instructor
Amy Tucker is an artist working in textiles, mixed media, and jewelry. She is a creative innovator, global traveler, and an environmentally and socially conscious artist/designer. Amy has a BS in Fine Arts + Textile Design from Skidmore College and is a recipient of the Marguerita Mergentime Textile Design award. She has pursued specialized education in the arts at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Parsons, and New York University. She is the Founder at ART RANCH in Fredericksburg, focused on artist residencies and workshops connecting arts and the environment.
