A new program, ATL:
Art as a Third Language,
is up and running at the
San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts. Joining forces with The Adult Literacy Council, SAMFA hopes that by using art as a subject matter ESL (English as a Second Language) students will be able to improve their English and conversation skills.
