Summer For Kids: Artist Workshops
July 2024

Artist workshops at SAMFA are studio-concentrated, fine art programs led by classically trained local artists. Kids will be able to work alongside featured artists in their specialized field to create artwork.
Workshops will be announced as planned and will be held during July. Check SAMFA’s website for updates.

Workshops at SAMFA emphasize the artistic process and allow kids to create using mediums that are not normally introduced until the college level.
SAMFA will announce featured artists and dates/times in July as they are planned.

Cooking With Clay

Make realistic food art out of clay with Chandra Satterwhite, our special guest artist.  Expect 2- 3 finished artworks after firing. Both days will need to be attended when registering.
